Intel PRO/1000 PL Network Connection [8086:104A]

I have successfully configured GenMAC in unsupported mode to handle the above. I know there have been a few requests for the 104A variant; I've been without a handy test system for this one for a while, but took in a broken box last week.

eCo Software is working with the translators of eComStation / IBM OS/2 Warp since the end of 90-th. We have released russian version of some Fixpaks for Warp 4, eComStation 1.05, .. 2.1. LANGE library, co-operation with european translators.
