IBM eServer xSeries 235

I'm running a X235 Server with ServeRaid 6i and ServeRaid 6M on eCS,
the only problem is that the controller need some time to initialise
and if eCS boot to fast the device is not ready for a normal driver load.
At the moment i use a eCS boot CD to extend the boot time.
