Text Converter is OS/2 PM program to convert text files between various platforms and code pages. Supported are code pages used on DOS, OS/2, Internet/Unix, Macintosh, and Windows. You can also add custom code pages if necessary.

Files to be converted may reside in a disk file or in the clipboard, and must be plain (unformatted) text. Word processor, spreadsheet, ... file formats are NOT supported.
