Device Manager it's another important element which changes work with OS/2: DevMan will significantly simplify configuration and maintenance of the operating system.

Download Device Manager. (you need Essentials subscription)

 

The developers can join the development of plugins for DevMan. The API is not published.

  • Preliminary, our plugin system will work as described:
  • DevMan walks by the tree of detected devices
  • it calls the plugin for every device
  • the plugin can access the information collected by DevMan
  • the plugin can select 1. don't modify, 2. hide/remove the device from the tree, 3. add/update information about device, 4. add more devices to the list.
