using the epomni3 Photo 1270 driver (which appears compatible, the predecessor of the 1290) .. in the short time I have had it, it has produced some really beatiful quality colour prints. Even on plain paper it also gives suprisingly good results, but use "Photo" setting for this,. the "Advanced Photo" only works well with the special photo or glossy paper. Only drawback - it is quite big, does up to A3 size.
